A northeast native, Chef John Coleman came to Dallas by way of Boston. He enjoyed an impressive 23 year Culinary/Food and Beverage Career with the world’s premiere luxury hotel brand, starting first as a saucier and retiring as Executive Chef and F&B Director at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.

Coleman’s many years in the hospitality industry took him through the U.S. and around the globe. During his adventures, Coleman noticed the common thread among cultures that food brings people together – families, neighbors, friends, and even strangers. With this idea, the concept for Savor began to take root – a Gastropub, a social center for the community, where people from all over town could come together. As Managing Partner of F2M, Coleman’s creative and innovative nature has rapidly elevated F2M as one of the premier hospitality groups in the DFW area.

Before his love of the spoon, Coleman enjoyed a career as a competitive extreme skier and rock climber, activities he still enjoys today along with cycling, guitar playing and wine drinking. But of all the great accomplishments he has earned, the most rewarding is being a husband and daddy to three lovely girls.

Chef Joe Scigliano has many great memories of enjoying authentic Italian cooking from his Grandmother and father, fostering his love for all things culinary. The competitive atmosphere and the culinary industry have been a substantial part of Scigliano’s life, proving to be the driving force behind his ambitious spirit.

Though the first part of Joe’s career was in sales and management, he eventually let his passion for the culinary arts lead him to pursue it as a career. Joe attended Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh in 2002. Then he spent an impressive nine years with The Ritz-Carlton, most recently as the Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz Dallas.

Joe serves alongside Chef John Coleman as Chef Partner and VP of Operations, contributing his ideas and influence to the menus, as well as directing the operations for all divisions within F2M.

Joe lives with his wife Jill Scigliano in Dallas. He enjoys all sports and can usually be found watching his favorite teams, the Washington Redskins or Chelsea Football Club, with a craft beer.
